Whilst I was online I was having problems making the payment for the item in my basket. John contacted me by phone to offer help, I then subsequently made the purchase and instead of having to wait for the delivery date John personally delivered the item for me (it is a local supplier that I have perviously dealt with).

The removal of my old fridge turned out to be problematic on a few winding steps to basement kitchen and I needed to undertake a little but of building work to create space enough to pass. Beyond Television rearranged a follow up visit for the collection of the old fridge and I was extremely grateful.

We bought our LG washer from them after our 7 yr old Hotpoint gave up. We found them after searching for the cheapest option. They were £200 cheaper than everywhere and delivered next day. It turned up as they said. Can not fault them.

I shopped around online for ages and the price for our new Samsung dishwasher was the best by far. Our delivery was exactly as scheduled. They also offered an excellent selection of options for fitting and/or packaging removal at very reasonable prices. I'd definitely use them again.

Drastically cheaper than the other major retailers. Delivery was easy to organise, and on time with plenty of notice.

Great company to order from. The very friendly and helpful customer service staff contacted me regarding the delivery as soon as Christmas was finished. We chose a date and their delivery people (Panther) provided a 3 man team who were very good at managing our new large fridge freezer with regular updates and a 2 hr delivery window which they arrived in. We did have an issue as there was a problem with the first appliance but 2 days later a replacement turned up which was perfect! Great prices, great staff and great delivery!

Fast service from the company and also from the delivery team from Panther ,I will scrap the delivery charges considering my purchase was £2400 .. you spend somewhere else over £50 and is free delivery…that said ..thank you .

Company and product were great. I had an issue with their carrier (APC) which they tried to help with. No issues at all with company but they maybe want to re consider the delivery companies they use.
